If you want to pique someone’s interest immediately, an accent is the way to go.  Dawn Hyde is British with a very, smooth, crisp English accent that you could listen to all day.  Dawn studied under John Burr of Voiceover Productions.  She has a flair for narration and difficult material.  She is language savvy and has a good knowledge of technical terms.     She has worked for the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office and is currently a court reporter in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. area.  So if you want people to pay attention, choose something different – like a British accent!
